WizCount

Integrated solution for financials, inventories and management, especially designed to provide necessary information in business administration 

WizCount integrates features of accounting, stocks, sales, fixed assets, Customs Clearance Form and reporting, being also available with a dedicated Business Intelligence module - WizAnalyzer.

Through the new version - 5.0, released in 2009, we can say that WizCount is the most advanced system on this level because:

• is the only solution in its class which includes specialized modules for service, rentals, consignment, contracts, production;
• it differentiates itself from other solutions of similar level by many advanced functionalities such as - working with serial numbers and expiration dates, inventory lots, documents generator, customized user menus function of access rights, the possibility to track budgets and cost/ profit centers;
• includes, in the basic version, a module for reporting and analysis with over 200 standard reports, 3 types of specialized reports generators function of the area of interest (Profit & Loss, standard and dynamic reports), drill-down reporting, statistical reports (data-mining);
• it integrates with Business Intelligence WizAnalyzer module that allows a variety of reports and analysis: dashboards, performance indicators (KPI), trend views, instant analysis on large volumes of data;
• benefits of several management facilities: multiple interfaces, automated data backup, multiple levels of user access, native integration with Microsoft Outlook.

 

WizAnalyzer is a Business Intelligence reporting system, including key performance indicators, dashboards, scorecards and multidimensional cubes. It provides a business overview through:

  • in-depth reporting, using OLAP technology and drill-down tools;
  • easy identification of positive trends or potential issues;
  • monitoring and measuring performances according to established business rules and targets.

The four standard cubes (sales, financials, stocks, acquisitions) allow multiple reports and analysis, which result from the combinations between dimensions (elements on which the reports structure is based) and measures (information in the reports).
