Descriere Poliflex is the leader of the Romanian flexible polyurethane foams market, both through the quality of its products and services, as well as through the capacity to provide – in the shortest time possible – solutions for solving its customers’ issues, no matter their size or field of activity. Its products address to upholstered furniture industry, for which the company also distributes accessories, but for other areas too, such as: insulations, filters, shoes industry, medical applications or ceramics.
Provocare

Eurofoam demands were related to:

  • the integration of all instruments needed internally in a single system;
  • the specialized modules (production, service and maintenance, project management) needed to provide a detailed image of all activities and a rigurous control of processes;
  • compatibility with Microsoft Project (used internally to manage their projects).
Solutii It was decided on the implementation of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system WizPro, offered by Wizrom Software. This project represents the continuing of a business relationship started a few years ago, in 1998, by the acquisition of WizCount and WizSalary solutions.
Beneficii

By implementing WizPro, Eurofoam requirements were fully covered and the benefits of using an integrated system were rapidly unfold:

  • possibility to provide real-time information for the headquarters in Sibiu and the six national subsidiaries (Piatra Neamt, Bucuresti, Craiova, Timisoara, Baia Mare and Constanta);
  • compatibility with Microsoft Project (internally used for managing the developping projects);
  • detailed image of the production process starting with the planning of the raw materials and resources and ending with the control of end-products;
  • reducing costs;
  • improved quality of products and services;
  • development of business opportunities emerging every market.
