WIZPRO Modules

The financial module of WizPro is a comprehensive and complete system based on advanced technology, capable of processing daily financial transactions quickly and efficiently. It can simultaneously manage financial data for multiple companies and create connections between them (consolidated reports).

The system offers a wide range of reports, including trial balances, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets, which can be generated either by transaction date or document date.

The financial report generator ensures the ability to design and obtain customized accounting statements, with a variety of user-defined structures, criteria, and sorting methods.

The procurement module of WizPro connects with the Inventory Management and Financial modules. This connection allows the procurement manager to view sales orders and requests for finished products, forming the basis of the procurement process.

In this process, the manager can record the receipt of materials in inventory based on purchase orders, which helps reduce the outstanding order balance. Additionally, it allows for a final check to ensure that the quantities listed in the seller’s invoice match the quantities received.

The inventory management module allows for strict control and detailed tracking of stock at all levels. It supports the administration of raw materials and finished products, as well as the management of warehouses and containers both inside and outside the company. This includes monitoring the flow of raw materials, materials, and finished products to and from subcontractors, as well as comprehensive tracking of inventory from the moment it is received in the warehouse.

This module manages the entire sales process, from entering a price quote to sending and tracking an offer, and generating detailed sales reports and forecasts. It is closely integrated with other related modules. A sales agent can check product availability or track the status of an order. Additionally, purchasing planning is carried out based on sales orders.

WizPro manages potential clients during the marketing phase or before a sale is finalized, removing the need to create customer accounts in the Financial module right away. It stores information about prospects until they reach the sales stage (when an order is placed). While potential clients and existing customers are handled as separate entities, all data is maintained in a single customer database.   • Production without system planning: Production orders are opened manually, and raw materials are released based on the quantities specified in the production orders and product structure (recipe).
  • MRP (Material Requirements Planning): Production orders and planning are carried out automatically, independent of production capacity.

These methods ensure strict control over ongoing activities (including manual production and reconditioning orders), enabling you to track the various stages of production. Additionally, they allow you to account for work-in-progress when planning production and material requirements.

The WizPro Production Control module offers comprehensive tools for overseeing the entire production process, including creating production orders, releasing materials to manufacturing, reporting completed tasks, and managing work-in-progress inventory.

This module can function alongside production planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or independently. When used on its own, production orders are manually issued. However, material management for these orders can be automated, ensuring that material releases are optimized based on the most suitable warehouses and batches. Furthermore, the system displays available stock levels for each material, taking into account specific warehouses and batches.

WizPro facilitates comprehensive management and documentation for testing goods received into inventory, manufactured products, and product samples, as well as extending expiration dates for stocked items.

The Quality Assurance module allows users to define defect codes, testing methods, analyses performed, and potential results (whether as specific values or within an acceptable range). It also streamlines the setup of default statuses and locations for product testing and sampling.

The OLAP reports in WizPro provide a powerful tool for analyzing key data across most installed modules. With easily accessible buttons at the top of the screen, users can select the desired period, data display format, and more. All values highlighted in blue within OLAP reports offer a drill-down feature, enabling in-depth analysis—down to details such as individual invoices or specific items on an invoice.

OLAP (online analytical processing) technology prepares datasets in a specific structure, grouped by predefined criteria. These can be queried across various dimensions, allowing reports to be expanded from a broad, total view to specific transactions included in aggregated data.

Each system module includes one or more OLAP reports, providing a user-friendly managerial reporting tool that gives company management a comprehensive view of all business areas.
