In 2006, the problems the company faced on the payroll segment affected the normal course of the activities:
- managing approximately 2,500 employees in four locations;
- using different systems in the branches;
- limitations to the payroll area, without covering human resources or staff administration requirements.
The solution, implemented in about two months, includes capabilities for payroll computation, staff management, human resources administration, from organizing to details regarding employees, recruitment and professional level, performance and evaluation criteria or the evolution of all these factors within the company. Taking into account the necessity to monitor the activity of a large number of employees, it was decided to integrate in this system the time-attendance and control-access application, WizTime.
Today, after less than a year from the acquisition the solution proves its efficiency, Vincon benefiting of results such as: improvement of managerial-level decisions about personnel and related costs, increased capacity to obtain complex, real time reports, about various aspects related to working force.
