Descriere Present on the Romanian market since 1949, Vincon Vrancea is today the largest local company producing and distributing wines, brandy and other alcoholic beverages. The leader position, as well as its international acknowledgement through the presence on markets in United States of America, Canada or Israel, are due to the continuous modernization of the used technologies and the true quality of the 120 products, but also to the work and devotion of company’s employees.
Provocare

In 2006, the problems the company faced on the payroll segment affected the normal course of the activities:

  • managing approximately 2,500 employees in four locations;
  • using different systems in the branches;
  • limitations to the payroll area, without covering human resources or staff administration requirements.
Solutii The company's choice went towards the implementation of a complex system, able to cover all requests that a large company poses regarding working force management – solution integrating WizSalary and WizTime applications.
Beneficii

The solution, implemented in about two months, includes capabilities for payroll computation, staff management, human resources administration, from organizing to details regarding employees, recruitment and professional level, performance and evaluation criteria or the evolution of all these factors within the company. Taking into account the necessity to monitor the activity of a large number of employees, it was decided to integrate in this system the time-attendance and control-access application, WizTime. 

Today, after less than a year from the acquisition the solution proves its efficiency, Vincon benefiting of results such as: improvement of managerial-level decisions about personnel and related costs, increased capacity to obtain complex, real time reports, about various aspects related to working force.
