The new customer-holistic approach for the insurance industry

Wizrom and IBM organized an interactive workshop “The new customer-holistic approach for the insurance industry”, which took place on Wednesday, May 15th, 2013, at Hotel Novotel Bucuresti, Bordeaux Room.

Together with our special guest, Oliver Nordmann, from Gothaer Finanzholding AG, we offered examples and models of success of this approach, applicable on the Romanian market.

Also, we discussed about maximizing opportunities of customer value through predictive analytics, the Business Agile concept in insurance and the solutions for managing the complexity of sales networks and compensations.
