Wizrom Software and Panorama organized in Bucharest, on the 23rd of November, at Marriot Hotel, a seminar presenting the latest business intelligence solution that allows companies to exploit the power of "social intelligence", in order to obtain relevant information.

The topics that were discussed during the event were:

• New interaction ways between users (in the reports for analysis and reference search on Google, Facebook or Twitter);
• Identification and classification of the exceptions, on which all event alerts are created;
• All the collaboration and automation tools that allow users to create, in an easy way, all the necessary reports.
